Hu, Botao (869450375) requested to merge bhu3/turing-documentation:fix/code-annotation into master

The first commit fixes the problem that the lines in unordered list in writing.md are being taken as separate annotations, instead of following the previously ordered list item.

The second commit changes the annotation content in python.md to make them more consistent.
